Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You are a consumer and can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract if you are a natural person and are not acting in a commercial or self-employed professional capacity.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days and begins with the delivery of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Softwarehandel24, Oberneuhofstrasse 5, 6340 Baar, Switzerland, support@swh24.com, Phone: +49 800 6030220, Fax: +49 5321 5182299) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the form below for this purpose.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely for the delivery of license keys that are required to activate the software and can be copied.
